Frequently asked

The honest answers.

How long does it actually take to publish an event?

From a fresh sign-up, about 3 minutes if you have your event image and bank info ready. Payout setup is a one-time ~10-minute step (you only do it once for all your events).

When do I get paid?

Money goes directly to your own payout account and is paid out to your bank on a rolling schedule — typically a couple of business days after each sale, not after each event. You can see your payouts and history any time inside your dashboard.

What if I need to refund someone?

One click in your dashboard. Full or partial refunds — and the platform fee is reversed proportionally, so you're never out-of-pocket on the fee for a refunded ticket.

Do my buyers need to install anything?

No app. They open your event link, pay, and receive a QR ticket — emailed and viewable in any browser. Your door staff also just opens a URL on their phone — no install on either side.

How is this actually different from Eventbrite?

Three things. (1) Lower fees on the small ticket prices our customers actually sell. (2) Multilingual support — English, French, Kreyòl. (3) Optional in-person setup help. We'll come to your venue, set up your account, train your door staff, and make sure your first event runs clean.

What about sales tax?

Sales tax is your responsibility as the seller. We expose a per-ticket tax line so you can collect it transparently at checkout and remit it on your schedule. We don't file taxes for you — but we make collecting clean.

Your next event, your way.

Free to publish. Pay only when tickets sell. Switch from Eventbrite or Posh in an afternoon.
